1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on VAYDOORYAM for delivery in United Kingdom. The seller is VAYDOORYAM. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products and prices

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where the product page says so. If we discover a pricing error we will tell you before shipping and you may confirm or cancel the order.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider at checkout.

4. Delivery, returns and refunds

5. Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
