Refund policy

When you get your refund

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing proof of postage), and usually sooner. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

What is refunded

The price of the returned items and, for faulty or wrongly supplied goods, the original delivery charge. VAT is refunded in proportion to the item price.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order. We cannot refund to a different account.
