Refund policy

When you get your refund

Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving and checking the item; your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.

What is refunded

The price of the returned items and, for faulty or wrongly supplied goods, the original delivery charge. GST is refunded in proportion to the item price.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order. We cannot refund to a different account.
